About the Journal
The Jordan Journal of the Arts (JJA) is an international peer-reviewed research journal issued by the Scientific Research and Innovation Support Fund, The Higher Council for Science and Technology (HCST), Amman, Jordan.
JJA is published by the Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies, Yarmouk University, Irbid, Jordan.

Scope and Description
JJA devoted to the aspects of fine arts, film, audiovisual arts, theatre, and music. The successive volumes have dealt e.g. with the subjects of globalization in art, cyberculture, re-definition of the artist, post-humanism, new communities in art, artistic ‘allergies’, performative aspects of art, etc.
Manuscripts should be submitted in either Arabic or English. However, submission in any other language is subject to approval by the Editorial Board.
JJA publishes original research characterized by a clear academic methodology.
JJA is published four times a year and the unpublished manuscript will not be returned to the author.
