Abstract

Abstract

Folk songs are one of the important sources in documenting and narrating historical events, especially with regard to the importance of documenting songs that are related to the consolidation of the concept of belonging and loyalty to the leadership, in addition to being a witness to these events. Among these songs is the Ramthawi song; Because of its diversity in the lyrical templates that present such events, especially during the establishment of the Emirate of Transjordan and after independence, these songs also showed the historical importance that manifests itself in their words and highlight their image, and the reasons for their singing were explained with a detailed explanation, as the songs showed. Ways of expressing the concept of belonging
