Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this study is to highlight the popular Jordanian song as a text that is transmitted through generations, and is loaded with dramatic content expressing human concerns. In order to discover the most dramatic elements in these songs in terms of form and content according to the theory of simulation as seen by Aristotle, who linked the dramatic art of music and popular song as the starting point for the theatrical art known to Greek culture without other cultures It is being done by analyzing models of this song circulating among people in terms of genre and purpose and regardless of the identity of the author known or unknown and the analysis of their contents to reach the expected results of the search.
