Abstract

Abstract

Sustainability & creativity theory is one of the stipulated theories within the methodologies of architecture and renewed creative product that is directly linked with the Environmental Art & Technological Development, especially in modern buildings. The current research is a study of this theory and its application in the contemporary Islamic Architecture in Bosnia and Al-Hersic from 2000 to 2016, investigating the elements of beauty, newness, and modernity in it as reflected in contemporary mosques in the State of Bosnia and Al-hersic. The research focuses on two aspects of the theory of sustainability and creativity: Firstly, its characteristics and the possibility of applying it in Islamic Architectural and, secondly, its formal features and its relation with the technological development.
