Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the different forms of some Jordanian children's songs and their technical characteristics. In order to achieve this, the researcher recorded and analyzed a sample of children's songs that are broadcast on Jordanian satellite channels. The results indicated that not all the songs were classed or illustrated by other degrees, and some of them were not properly performed. The tones were not correct despite the development of the recording and correction techniques. The absence of a qualified professional composer and insufficient experience lead to this result. All the songs of the selected sample (of which some were artistic and some popular) were sung in a full chamber or minus one degree, but the sound space was limited and the seats were clear with no convex transitions. For the construction of the melody, the researcher adopted the ascending and descending tonal sequence and the melodic jumps that do not exceed the child's vocal area, the study reached a number of recommendations.
