The research aims to identify the ways in which the cultured heritage is used in the Jordanian theatrical script. At first, he tried to survey  the work of some Arab dramatists on the use of the cultural heritage, with the  aim to identifying the specialof revealing the distinctive identity to the Arabic theater and not-relying on the themes and clichés or ready-made forms, Since the Jordanian dramatic literature was not isolated from the other Arabs, which derives its components from the heritage of the Arabs and Muslims, this study came to identify the mechanism of the use of heritage in the Jordanian theatrical script , the nature and forms of heritage resources which the author benefited from  in writing his script, and the extent to which he was influenced by the attempts of the pioneers to give a distinctive charater to Arabic theater  both form and content. To achieve this goal, the research studied textsby: Ghanam ghanam and Jibril AL-Sheikh.
