Abstract

This study explores the concept of artificial intelligence in music, highlighting its significance, the challenges it may pose to musicians, and the necessity of using it for its positive and beneficial impact on musical production, as well as on the technological advancement required by both musicians and computer users. The research demonstrates how musicians use AI platforms in specific ways, relying on the development of programs and technologies they provide and their interaction with these platforms. A descriptive-analytical method was used to achieve the objectives of the study, assessing the benefits of the outcomes of practical experiments conducted by the researcher and several fellow musicians. The study population was limited to musicians specializing in music production and users of modern music programs. The findings reveal the impact and importance of using AI platforms in this field, outlining both advantages and disadvantages. The study also explains the techniques employed in this technology, reflecting methods of feeding the computer and contributing to positive outcomes when AI is applied. The research answers the research questions and concludes by stressing the importance of adopting such programs, which help raise performance levels while saving time and effort. Finally, the study presents recommendations, including the necessity for users of these platforms to acquire knowledge in music theory and harmonic science.
