Abstract

This research aims to analyse the current status of User Experience (UX) in the teaching and learning process at Jordanian universities. It uses a qualitative approach, using semi-structured interviews with educators. The research is divided into four main stages. First, a general analysis of all public university websites is conducted. Second, modules related to UX are identified throught their descriptions. Third, the educators responsible for teaching these modules are identified and interviewed to gain insights. Finally, the paper integrates findings from the literature review, web analysis, and interviews to provide a clear picture of the current status of UX in Jordanian universities
