Abstract
The work of critical theories varied in analyzing the artistic text, including the author of the text and its circumstances, and the various references to the artistic work, such as the historical, social and psychological method.
The mechanism of receiving and the process of interpretation, each of them is governed by the creative process, the mechanism of receiving interacts with the apparent structures of the work of art, while interpretation takes its space in the different reading of that work.
Reception and interpretation are two critical approaches that interact with contemporary Arab painting as a creative system that has taken a large space in the global formation. The readings of those working in the Arab critical field have varied, and the mechanisms for receiving it have varied, so the authority of receiving has become effective in diagnosing contemporary Arab painting by seeking to revolutionize the energies of artists with a creative approach that goes beyond the norm.
The structure of the research Introduction The research problem included the question: What is the creative, intellectual and aesthetic value of contemporary Arab painting between reception and interpretation requirements as a different reading authority? The new readings of the creative text, and the representations of reception and its aesthetics and the overlapping of interpretation in contemporary Arab painting as a reading authority that imposes its presence, and then the analysis of selected models of Arab painters as a sample, we reached results that are

Rather, it was running within the system of reading openness by virtue of receiving as the theory of community participation and an interpretive authority that assumes a different reading and a new creative text as in the models in their entirety.
2 - The area of Arab painting extended to all artistic and aesthetic trends of international painting, such as expressionism, abstraction, symbolism, surrealism, and others, which were clearly presented by the models
3- The area of Arab painting is wide in its global aesthetic and intellectual impact
