This research aims to analyze the geometric ornament in the Nubian painting, with their various features of geometric interlacing with double and single lines, as well as circles related to each other by a unit or separated with different types of roses, in addition to horizontal tapes decorated with circles, squares, plait shapes, plant leaves and roses.

 Through the study and analysis, modern designs have been devised for the printed contemporary upholstery fabric based on the principles of the school of abstract composition and construction.
