The study aims to examine the effect of a proposed program in digital photography on the development of creative thinking among fifth-grade students in art education classes. Torrance’s Test of Creative Thinking was used to assess four skills: originality, fluency, elaboration, and flexibility. The study sample consisted of 44 randomly selected female students during the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year, divided into two groups. The experimental group (n = 21) was taught using the proposed digital photography program, while the control group (n = 23) was taught using traditional methods. Findings revealed statistically significant differences in individual and overall creative thinking skills in favor of the experimental group, indicating that the digital photography program had a positive impact on enhancing students’ creative thinking compared to conventional instruction.
